The Kitten

Day 4 the kitten

We got a flyer yesterday about a Cat Cafe where you pat cats while drinking coffee. I really wanted to go, so we went to Mari's in the morning with a small tofu cake (we had one for Grants birthday as well, they were uber nice and pretty) and an invite to go to the cat cafĂ© with us. Unfortunately, I lost the flyer, so we had to ask lots of people where it was. On the way there we saw a small kitten trapped behind some signs so we helped it. It was sooooooo soft and cuddly. Mari had to look after the kitten because her friend who was the local cat rescuer had too many cats to look after (30). So we went home and had lunch there instead, and then we went to Mari’s to see the cat, but the cat wasn’t there, so we played cards instead. Later on we went home and got ready to go to the Seikei 40th anniversary dinner. We met the Aussi exchange students who are at Seikei at the moment, one was from Cowra (Mitcell) and the other was a girl called Michi. she is the first of a kind because she didn’t go to Cowra high (the sister school to seikei. seikei and Cowra send exchange students to each other) but she got to go because her dad was a past exchange student . So it opened a door way for me to go to Seikei as an exchange student and I really want to go.
